Upon written confirmation via fax or email of the booking, from the client or via clients booking agency, a confirmation will be sent from Stanton Manor Hotel, trading as Oak Tree Hotels Ltd.
This constitutes as a contract between 'Oak Tree Hotels Ltd. and the client, subject to 'Oak Tree Hotels Ltd.' Terms and Conditions.
Meeting/Function Cancellation Policy
In the event of whole meeting and/or any accommodation being cancelled, (as per the charges listed below) a cancellation charge may be charged, subject to conference room and or any accommodation being re-let. Postponement of confirmed business will be considered as cancellation, in accordance with the cancellation clause.
- 9-12 months prior to event: 25%
- 6-9 months prior to event: 50%
- 3-6 months prior to event: 75%
- 0-3 months prior to event: 100%
Accommodation
All or any rooms booked and reserved for conference parties must be guaranteed at time of booking. Cancellation or loss in numbers due to any reason, received later than 7 days prior to meeting, will be charged in full, unless said accommodation can be re-let. Payment
Accounts due on departure. Payments by either cheque supported by adequate guarantee card, American Express, Access or Visa. Unless prior arrangement has been made for credit facilities. Credit account terms
Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts are subject to 2% added interest charge per 5 working days overdue.
