

The Gallery Restaurant & Bar has been completely refurbished, and a new menu has been created by our resident chef, Paul Hudson.
The cuisine is mainly traditional European and most ingredients are sourced locally wherever possible. There is an extensive wine and champagne list. The proprietor, Mr Robert Davis, displays art from young Asian artists, and all paintings are for sale to support a children's orphanage and library in Vietnam.
Paul Hudson, has recently won the South West Chef of the Year competition and has been rewarded for his excellent food by being given an AA Rosette.
