The 6-acre grounds are ideal for team building or just relaxing at the end of the day. From our venue in Lacock, Wiltshire we have, since 1997, operated a fully mobile service working with venues and event organisers up and down the country. Phoenix Leisure

Phoenix Leisure is a well established and experienced UK based Corporate Team Building company. We own and operate an extensive range of team building equipment. In addition, we can provide a selection of other corporate events and team away days - specialising in Team Building Events, Multi Activity Days, Family Fun Days and Evening Events. A lot of our business comes from referrals and we also enjoy a significant amount of repeat bookings, building on the success of previous Team Building Events.

Very impressed with Front of House Reception - Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Food in Conference Room and dinner in Restaurant was excellent.

I went to a meeting a couple of weeks back at Stanton Manor. The room they gave us would be ideal for 10 or so, the lunch was good (hot filled ciabatta and that kind of thing) and there was plenty of coffee available and it was good value. It's also close to the M4 for those coming in from Bristol or Swindon and half way between Chippenham and Malmesbury for the rest of us.

Stanton Manor is a good venue - its convenient, the right size and seems to be popular with everyone.

We have used this venue before. It was perfect for location, the size of our group and has everything we need.

Terms & Conditions

Meeting & Conference Booking Terms & Conditions

Upon written confirmation via fax or email of the booking, from the client or via clients booking agency, a confirmation will be sent from Stanton Manor Hotel, trading as Oak Tree Hotels Ltd.

This constitutes as a contract between 'Oak Tree Hotels Ltd. and the client, subject to 'Oak Tree Hotels Ltd.' Terms and Conditions.

Meeting/Function Cancellation Policy

In the event of whole meeting and/or any accommodation being cancelled, (as per the charges listed below) a cancellation charge may be charged, subject to conference room and or any accommodation being re-let. Postponement of confirmed business will be considered as cancellation, in accordance with the cancellation clause.

  • 1 month prior to event: 10%
  • 2-4 weeks prior to event: 25%
  • 0-4 weeks prior to event: 50%
  • 48 hours months prior to event: 100%


All or any rooms booked and reserved for conference parties must be guaranteed at time of booking. Cancellation or loss in numbers due to any reason, received later than 7 days prior to meeting, will be charged in full, unless said accommodation can be re-let.


50% due at least 1 month before function. Balance of accounts due on departure unless prior arrangement has been made for credit facilities. Payments by either cheque supported by adequate guarantee card, American Express, Access or Visa.

Credit account terms

Strictly 30 days from date of invoice. Overdue accounts are subject to 2% added interest charge per 5 working days overdue.
